INITIAL CAREER
Shaheen began his cricket career using tennis-ball till the age of 15 and his older brother Riaz was his coach in hard-ball cricket. He began the journey in the Tatara Ground in Landi Kotal. The year 2015 saw him began participating in the FATA under-16. This led to him being selected for the under-16 team.
Following that, he was able to debut in cricket for the domestic league and excelled in the Pakistan Super League and got selected to the Pakistani national team for international competition.
DOMESTIC Career

Shaheen Afridi has started his T20 career by making his debut in the PSL 2018. He was drafted into Lahore Qalanders on 23 February and the first game of his debut season. Shaheen was a great bowler and picked up five wickets and scored 4 runs in the match in the match against Multan Sultan. He was named the man of the match award.
Shaheen has played in 24 matches in the 2019-20 PSL season. He also scored 30 wickets, with 222.73 when bowling. He took 15 wickets in the PSL season 5. Then, in PSL Season 7 he become Captain for the Lahore Qalandars and win the Cup of PSL Season 7 2022.
T20 professional career
- After three years of performances, He was ranked as the top list of youngsters in the eyes of Pakistani selectors. He finally was able to make his first appearance as a player in T20 cricket on the 3rd of April 2018. He played against West Indies, and got no wickets in his debut match.
