Iftikhar Thakur is a Pakistani comedian, stage actor and philanthropist. He did significant work in comedy stage dramas in Lahore. Iftikhar has acted in various telefilms and stage dramas in different languages ​​including Pothwari, Urdu and Punjabi. He started his artistic career in Islamabad with ZA Zulfi’s stage play and is still ruling the hearts of fans.
Iftikhar is one of Pakistan’s leading comedians and now has millions of fans around the world. With its excellent dialogue delivery, its unique body language sets it apart from other artists. He was born on April 1, 1958 in Mian Channu Punjab under the name of Iftikhar Ahmed Sheikh. He is known as Iftikhar Thakur in showbiz and with this name he is shining the name of Pakistan all over the world.
Iftikhar Thakur Education
Thakur completed his Inter from Karachi and graduated from Islamabad. He also received a formal acting degree from the New York Film Academy and a general education degree from the United States.

Showbiz career
- In 1993, he hosted a function at Liaquat Bagh in Rawalpindi. Appropriately, he started his showbiz career as a stage actor in 2000 and before that he worked in a car workshop. He also works as a director. “A Jhoot Bolda a” was a phrase that became his identity and people still remember him.
